We are currently in the process of designing and building a few charming residences in Chennai. Vellore and Madurai. Embracing our region's hot climate, the design focuses on natural light, ventilation, alternative building methods and passive cooling techniques that would ensure comfortable living environments

All the houses feature a courtyard and smaller breakout garden spaces that would serve as green lung spaces at different levels offering serene retreat. Our clients, enamoured with the beauty of exposed bricks, inspire us to incorporate brick jaali walls extensively throughout the residences, adding a rustic charm they can enjoy in every space.
